What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

The service was exactly what I wanted, I needed my car to get from home to the airport as public transport was untimely and a taxi too costly. The car was kept safely and appeared in the collection area before my return.

Cheap compared to others Easy to book online Parked up in bay,went to reception ,gave car key and all formalities done in 2 minutes.sat on transfer bus and noticed man checking and itermising on a form details of car before driving to the secure area.10mins later Gatwick Return journey just as easy at 3.30 am. Very happy,shall use again

I was annoyed to find I had a flat tyre on my return and although the company reinflated the tyre for me it became a problem on the M25 and we had to await recovery of course the company denied all responsibility for this although it was fine 2 weeks previously when we left the car with them. I gave them one star because no stars is not an option.

Easy to get to. Great greeting, really friendly and efficient. Within 15 mins to drop off. Pick up within 15 from phone call Handing back of car was quick and easy. Overall a great service, I will definitely use Cophall again.

Excellent service from cophall parking...we had a minor problem locating the parking facility as the instructions were a little vague ...once we arrived we were out on the bus to the airport and on our way within 10 minutes.. The return journey was equally good... Highly recommend to use ..as we will do in future

its not to far from the airport ten minutes and you are there , what you do is park your car in the car park go to the office hand over your keys jump on the mini bus the driver loads your bags then off you go its so easy I would recommend cop hall airport parking , thank you cop hall.

Excellent service before and after. Five minutes after checking in we were off to the airport and within 10 minutes after phoning in on arrival we were on our way back to collect the car. Car was there ready to get straight into and overall I would say there customer service on the phone and at site was second to none. Will definately use again and highly recommend.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
