What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

No problems at all with the airport parking, transfer happened within 5 mins of arriving and the return transfer was as soon as we arrived and phoned up to let them know. the transport was already at the airport. Our car was parked at the front ready for us to get in and go. Overall a very professional experience.

The car parking as easy and the pick ups quick. I would like to add that when we returned to my car the radiator was empty as it was leaking and when I went to get a container and water the man in reception was so helpful. He filled up a container, came and filled up my car, waited while the engine heated up and gave me advice what to do on the journey home. He also gave me two containers filled with water in order that I could stop and fill up the radiator on the way home. He really went the extra mile but unfortunately I did not get his name. We arrived back on Friday 25th September about 2.00 p.m.

Have used this car park several times now, friendly service, efficient and reasonably priced. Although it is a good 10 minutes from the airport the service is well run. Usually don't have to wait getting to the airport. A 10 minute wait to be picked up to get back to car which isn't unreasonable. Will definitely use them again

There were massive road disruptions on the day we traveled and we ended up just getting to the site on time- because we were diverted around the m25 the other way - we also almost ran out of petrol (2 miles left). The last day of our holiday, I spent stressing as to how I was going to pick my car up and run out of petrol before getting to the nearest garage. Upon our return to gatwick - we were picked up by 'Martin' a night driver who was absolutely brilliant, once he had dropped us at cophall parking site, he then ran off to his own car to lend me his own personal petrol can and give me 2 litres of his petrol - to be sure and safe. In the end, we got to the garage and home safe - but his personal service was first class- and will always be remembered.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
