What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

As always, parking and getting to the airport was made very simple with Copthall Parking. We wouldn't book with anyone else now as we know our car is in safe hands. Prices are always reasonable and we never have to wait long on our return. An excellent and professional service.

Easy to find, everything was well signed. There was an efficient reception service, good seating area and bathroom facilities. The wait for the transfer shuttle bus was minimal, I think I waited 5 minutes on the way to airport as it was a full bus, and on the way back I called as I was approaching the passport control desk as I had no luggage to collect and by the time I got to the bus stop the bus arrived 30 seconds later. It is quite a drive from the airport but well worth it, great price and great service. I will definitely use it again.

We have now used Cophall parking on about 10 occasions, and have never been disappointed. The service has always been efficient with very friendly, helpful staff. Nice friendly staff. One of the drivers in particular was very polite. The reception desk was well staffed and when there was a mix up with our vehicle collection with someone else's with the same surname this was quickly rectified. Directions to get to the airport parking were clear and we had no problems finding it. Great value for money.

You need to give a lot of time to get to/from airport if using this service. I waited 20 mins and made 2 phone calls to get coach back and 3 coaches of a competitor had pulled up at the bus stop in the meantime. I can't remember how much I saved doing this rather than the usual long term Gatwick parking but it wasn't worth it.

Always used this company but angry with the service coming back from Gatwick.We phoned them as soon as we had our suitcases and they said that a coach would be on its way.After waiting 10 mins the mini bus arrived but there was not enough room for us to get on.After another half an hour and a phone call we were told that another one was on its way,and there had been a problem as one of the other mini buses had broken down.Find it hard to believe that a company as big as this did not have a back up mini bus.Will think twice before using them again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
