What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

This is a brilliant service, I can't honestly say, there is nothing to fault. From booking, to arriving and being transported to Gatwick was effortless. We only had to wait 10 minutes at Cophall to be transpoted to Gatwick and even less time from ringing and being picked up when we arrived back at Gatwick. I would fully recommend this service to anyone. Absolutely pot on.

All worked well. We were delayed on our return to Gatwick by the baggage collection. (Nothing unusual about that !) but the bus from Cophall was on it's way and we waited about 2 minutes at the bus stop.

To the airport was fine. But pickup was awful - it was so crowded at the bus stop 6/7 and a free for all, queues were meaning less. Time 1.30pm. When the pickup bus came it was hidden by the buses from Purple Parking and APH so had to wait for the next one which we got on. The driver asked our name but nothing else then just crabbed the bags and put onto the bus, then he drove like a maniac to Cophall parking with no consideration for people on his bus, not a nice experience.

I have used Cophall Parking Gatwick three times now. I have found no reason to complain at all. The transfer to and from the airport is easy and very regular, My holiday begins at Cophall Parking because i know my car is safe and i have no more driving to do.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT I WAS COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THE INFORMATION SUPPLIED TO GET TO THE COPHALL PARKING AT GATWICK. THE DIRECTIONS GIVEN DO NOT TAKE YOU TO COPHALL PARKING AT ALL. THEY WERE COMPLETELY WRONG. THE STRESS CAUSED TO US GETTING TO THE PARKING FACILITY WAS UNBELIEVABLE. WITH THREE CHILDREN IN THE CAR ALL IN TEARS BECAUSE WE COULDN'T FIND THE CAR PARK WAS NO WAY TO START A MUCH LOVED HOLIDAY THAT WE'D BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO! WE HAD TO MAKE THREE CALLS TO THE COPHALL TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHERE THEY WERE. THE POSTCODE PROVIDED ON THE SHEET SENT US TO THE NORTH TERMINAL.... WHICH WAS NO GOOD AT ALL. I CHALLENGE YOU TO FOLLOW YOUR OWN INSTRUCTIONS AND SEE WHERE YOU END UP... BECAUSE IT WON'T BE THE COPHALL PARKING AT GATWICK!!! I RATE YOU NO STARS....

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
