What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

We have not flown from Gatwick Airport for over 10 years, so when the time came to book our holiday car parking we used the internet for comparison and information on companies. We chose Cophall Parking based upon other user reviews as well as the all important cost. We were very pleased with the complete operation from booking to car drop-off through to car collection. One of the potential drawbacks of using an offsite provider is the waiting time for collection after arrival however we were collected within 10 minutes of announcing our arrival to the helpful staff at Cophall Parking (00.45 Hours). So should we fly from Gatwick in 2016 this company would be our first point of reference based upon this experience.

Another seamless trip using Cophall Parking near Gatwick. Easy to find, fast efficient service by Receptionists and quick transfers to and from Gatwick. My car is always ready for me and is as I left it. I have used Cophall for 2 trips for year for the last 3 years and will continue to do so.

Friendly & quick drop off when we arrived back I couldn't get a phone signal so went to the pick up point & saw a cophall driver, he made us Welcome & took us to the parking centre with out any problems we been using cophall for some years now & will be using them for many years more thanks

Our holiday started when we arrived at Cophall , the receptionist was polite courteous and friendly, she completed the necessary checking in process with no fuss and advised us of the process on our return and pointed us in the direction of the driver; he was also friendly and courteous and wished us a good holiday. On our return we phoned to advise we were at the airport and given instruction where to meet the transport, which arrived within 15 minutes of making the call

Easy to book online and pricing very competitive. Directions supplied by Cophall, excellent and easy to follow. Very quick and easy to book in at reception. Transport to the airport quick, at airport within 20 mins of booking in. On way home, just call Cophall from customs and transport on its way, so by the time we walked to the bus stop we were only waiting 5 mins before our transport arrived. Again, very efficient picking up keys and on our way home. I will definately be using this company again and recommend to everyone.

Very friendly staff, easy and efficient book in process. Very quick and regular shuttle to the Airport. On return a quick call to give your name, then hand over your card/receipt to get your keys. Only a 5 minute wait at the bus stop on return, no free for all as the driver knows the names of who he is picking up. Car was as we left it,(no extra mileage) or damage. Will use again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
