We have to say a very good service going and coming back from Gatwick . My wife even forgot she left her phone in the car en route to the airport and it was no problem for a quick turn around by the driver. On pick up it was literally minutes waiting which is great . No complaints at all about the service provided, the parking coach came promptly and the office side of things was very good also, the only down side was the rather long way to the car park. However, the price was good and I would use them again, but just need to leave a little extra time, 20 minutes I reckon, from car park to air port.

We were late getting to the parking due to M25 traffic, they immediately made a bus aware and took us straight away to the airport. On the way back we were redirected to the other terminal, this wasn't a problem, the bus arrived within ten minutes. Friendly, efficient service and car returned in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

Great we turned up a little early and it wasn't any problem, they loaded and unloaded our luggage and took us to airport. On returning we phoned as required got picked up within 5 minutes, car was waiting for us to drive away will definitely use this car park again

We booked Cophall Parking at Gatwick through FHR.com for a 2 weeks hol. We'd never flown from Gatwick before but we had read reviews for Cophall and they all seemed good. Everything was handled very smoothly and professionally, easy to find them from the M23, very polite staff and driver. When we returned we had to call them on clearing security and the minibus collected us within minutes. We would definitely recommend FHR and Cophall Parking.

As always very good service. This is the third time this year we have left a car at Cophall. Had a bit of a wait outward and almost 20 minutes inward this time. Terribly unusual - this was not due to traffic conditions or road closures.

Very sceptical about off airport parking prior to using this service but not any more. Very efficient and professional from the moment we arrived to leave the car at 4.30 in the morning to the moment we touched down on our return. Will definitely use again!

Excellent service - very efficient and friendly. Would definitely use again. On arrival you park your car right next to reception, they had my details ready so it took a minute to process the car. Then ghe shuttle bus took us straight to the terminal. On our return, the shuttle bus was waiting for us and took us straight to the parking lot. Our car had been brought to reception so we collected our keys and were on our way. It couldn't have been easier.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
