What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

The car park was easy to find and the process was easy however the staff were very matter a fact and no smile was to be seen thought there motto is parking with a smile!!! We then got told and dropped off at the wrong terminal which meant we then had to find and use the airports train to get to the other terminal before we could check in as you can imagine adds stress to a journey! When we returned we rang to let them know we had arrived and were told to wait at stop 7 or 8! We then had to call back to find out the location to be told we needed to go down in a lift first as was not signposted at all! Upon collection of the car we waited at the reception desk as another gentleman was being served although there was anothe receptionist free but did not make any eye contact! When we moved forward and explained we were collecting a car the receptionist that was available then took over and gave our keys so not sure why she didn't assist us in the first instance! The price was reasonable and the location and process were all ok but the service provided was poor.

Great service - we arrived and they had everything ready for us. Within 5 minutes of parking we were on the mini bus to the airport - unlike most off site car parks where the mini bus transfer is only every 20 mins, they take you as and when you're ready. Pick up equally as good - rang the office whilst we collected our bags and the bus was just pulling up to collect us as we exited the terminal so no waiting around. Would definitely use this service again - brilliant value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One of the cheapest gatwick car parks but among the best service.

Great service all round, the speed and ease of usage made parking a hassle free experience which I feel is important before flying out. Customer service levels of both drivers we had was excellent, they were very polite, friendly and professional. They are a credit to your company and I'm sure people will continue to use your company as a result P.s I normally just delete these emails but due to the great experience felt the need to complete it.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
