What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Whilst all aspects of your service were very good and your staff most helpful I do have one complaint and that is the distance from the airport entrance to the pick up point bus stop 6 and 7 is considerable for someone who is disabled or has medical problems I myself have breathing problems {c.o.p.d) and angina and found it an ordeal.

Easy to get to. Instructions spot on. For a change it was a lovely clean bright car park. The reception area is spotless and the staff friendly and helpful. Had to use the loos before going off to the airport. So clean I couldn't believe it. Transfer vans look relatively new, which was another surprise. On return I called the office as instructed, was given instructions. Went down to waiting area and before we had even put our bags down the transfer van pulled up. On arrival at the car parking area our car was there ready and waiting, and can I say again clean !!!! I couldn't believe this airport parking. Will certainly recommend and definitely use again myself . Well done Cophall

Have used in the past and have had no problems, excellent service, just an issue the last time around. It took the 4th bus to arrive until we got a seat to the parking lot. Just a suggestion when the bus arrives to use names and total passenger amount instead of just total passengers. Anybody can say they have that number and get on the bus, which is what i think happened.

I cannot fault this service. As usual, there was no hanging around; everything went smoothly from start to finish (despite the inconvenience of the London to Brighton bike ride that caused road closures - I was even sent - in advance - detailed instructions of how to get there and avoid diversions etc). I will continue to recommend them to friends as well as always use them myself.

Was ok, but on the return,when i got my car, i released i had a flat tyre. Driver did not notice that, he did not even read the information on the screen, coz i've got a preassure sensors...

I was impressed with the professionalism shown by the staff. I got to the car park and a bus was waiting to take us to the airport and on return, I only waited a few minutes for the bus. Very good service all round and I shall be using Cophall car park services again in the future!

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Questions

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
