What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Driver taking us to the airport could of been a little nicer. Although polite did not utter anything than one word reply's. On the whole this is our 10 th year of coming back to Copy all farm and that is because of the cost and service received.

Had to wait 15 mins on bus to airport terminal when advertised it should be on demand but not a problem as factored this in. Drivers friendly and helpful but reception staff somewhat sullen and to the point, overall for the price reasonably happy.

Excellent service. Transportation to the airport was very good, and our arrival back to the UK , once we had made the phone call we were collected within ten minutes. No issues with our car , unlike some it was not used whilst we were away. I took a picture of the mileage on departure nothing had really changed apart from moving the vehicle from A to B Fully recommend this company. Thank you

Great easy service (despite a slight panic on checking in that they couldnt find our car details on the system!) but easily rectified & hassle free. Love the door to door service & no worrying!! Only slight complaint would be that our car appeared to come back to us rather dirty/dusty!

Used this service several times usually very good but not quite such a slick operation this time. On returning to gatwick was told by first minibus driver not enough room wait for next bus, waited ten minutes for second minibus to arrive but which time other customers were waiting and not everyone could get on, so we're told to wait for next minibus. Driver even asked two customers to get off, they refused, so others couldn't board. I find this strange as the company has details of everyone's return flights so should know when they are likely to need adequate transport ? it's as if they didn't want to send an empty bus to the airport, cutting costs perhaps ?

As usual, your airport parking arrangements were efficient and trouble-free. We were unfortunate in arriving at the bus stop when your courtesy bus was full so had to wait about 15 minutes for the next one.. We have used your meet and Greet service in the past, and, on balance, I think that we will do so again next time we fly through Gatwick. Thank you.

Very smooth process, did nearly get booked in as a different person but mistake soon realised. Nice drivers, friendly and very helpful. Easy to find and nice minibuses rather than the big buses, no waiting around to go and less than 5 minute wait until we were collected.

Excellent service. We've been using Cophall for many years (more than 10) with no problems. Only downside it doesn't have a linked hotel like like the nearby Copthorne which we occasionally use although minor damage e.g. scuffs occur with Copthorne.

Excellent service. Easy to find the car park and very easy when you enter. Just leave your car in a parking space and then go to reception. The bus came quite quick to take us to the airport, and when we came home the bus was there straight away (after phoning them as you have to let them know you have landed) simple and easy. Definately less stress through this car park service. Would certainly use again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
