You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Excellent service. Efficient and reception staff were very polite.Ha to wait 10 mins to be taken to the airport and on return the bus was waiting following my telephone call at the designated stop. Even better you can contact them free on landline, which was great as my mobile had died.

As usual our arrival and transfer to the airport went smoothly. However we had quite a wait at the airport on our return. I telephoned at baggage claim to advise we were just going through customs and was told to proceed to bus stop 7/8 on the ground floor of the South Terminal. We waited, a bus arrived but could only seat 8 and there was a party of 7 before us. We assumed another bus was on the way, after some time I had to telephone the office again and was told a bus would be with us in '5'. We were still waiting 15 minutes later. I hope this is not the service we can look forward to in the future as I have already made a booking for December.

Excellent and very polite service as always. Prompt transfer to airport, and collection on arrival back at North terminal. The car was waiting for us, ready to go, when we got back to the car park. We have used Cophall many times and will continue to do so - our first choice for parking at Gatwick.

we were happy with the service provided except for one thing. The driver of the pick-up vehicle that collected us from the airport drove far too fast for the small roads and roundabouts. It was a very uncomfortable ride and my daughter who is 6 months pregnant was nearly sick. There needs to be training for minibus drivers that puts the comfort of their paying passengers first. I will think twice about booking again but only for this reason, everything else about the service was fine.

Bit chaotic for the transfer to the aiport and not much better on the return - waited over 20 minutes for the transfer on each occasion. Cheap but you get what you pay for. Probably wouldn't use again

Fantastic service from dropping car over very easy and having transport to airport was great and coming back better as mini bus already at stand. Thank-you to the driver think his name was Michael as M23 blocked solid with traffic, Michael asked were we were heading to. i told him Uxbridge he told me a different way missing the traffic jam. Great advice as the way he instructed was totally traffic free. Thank you Michael. Marks out of 10 for Cophall service & parking arrangements 10-10

Brilliant service - we dropped car off with no problem and a mini bus took us to North terminal, on our way back and after collecting out luggage all we had to do is ring them and they picked us up straight away and my car was waiting outside reception. Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
