Overall happy and value for money. The only criticism is the waiting time for the shuttle bus. It is too long especially when collected from the airport. We were travelling with children and it became quite hard to keep them happy for so long. For this reason I probably would not use in the winter as it would be very unpleasant to wait for such a length of time in the freezing cold.

This was my first experience of off-airport parking, and I am happy with the service I received. The booking process was straightforward. At the car park everything went smoothly, the staff were helpful, and the minibus transfer to Gatwick went well.

Excellent friendly efficient service. Shuttle promptly away to the airport (as per previous experience) and waiting at the airport on return (we were lucky this time) but I have never had to wait long. Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
