What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

for 10 minutes . 2 buses arrived one person said they were party of 5 . one driver blocked my cases from loading. neither wanted us. I feel there was a mis--understanding . why the drivers do not have a list of names is beyond me . the van only holds 9 people and this is not the first time that this has happened. I was messed about.

Easy and quick service an arrival at site and getting to Gatwick. Bit of a delay on return trip from Gatwick but there was some confusion and I think we just missed the bus provided after we called after landing. I think this was more to do with the time to exit because of the slow Gatwick border passport control than anything else. Perhaps more time should be allotted or the call for pickup should be made after exiting border control rather than when back in Gatwick. Would use again.

Really easy to use. Nice people and good service. Just one suggestion - when we exited Customs and called your number we were told to take the lift to the floor below and go to bus stop 7/8. All perfectly correct but for someone who hasn't flown for many years from Gatwick i suggest it would have helped to tell us to go to the main part of that area and take the walkway back to the open air concourse and turn right for the lifts. We took the lift closest to the Customs exit and ended up in totally the wrong place. Sussed it out eventually!

good service all aroind except for one thing. ii was quoted 12 - 15inutes for pickup on return. and was told by two drivers i was on the next bus and in the end was left standing in the cold for 55 minutes.it was only when i raised my voice with one driver that i was allowed to get on the bus.

We were unfortunate that we arrived at the pick up point on our return (after phoning the office) to find a mini bus waiting but there was only one seat available but we were a party of 2. This meant a 15+ minute wait for another. Are there no larger vehicles that could be used when so many passengers are expected to arrive?

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
