You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Car park easy to find and staff in office and mini bus very helpful. Only disappointment was the 35 minute wait in cold for the minibus collecting us from North terminal and we were only ones on it so had no other pick ups.

Waited a little longer than the anticipated time for the shuttle bus. Only really noticed it as it was sub zero and post 27 hrs of flying. Other than that- good service and would use it again.

Great service will use again; only annoyance was other customers calling to be picked up when they clearly weren't ready to be picked up (it's very clear that you call after you have been through passport control AND baggage reclaim)

My only criticsm is when being picked up from north terminal we had to walk a long way to the pickup point compared to the south terminal. Otherwise a great service that we have used many times

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
