What is the drop-off procedure?

When you arrive, simply park outside reception and hand over your keys in exchange for a key receipt card. One of the friendly staff will move your car to a secure space while you hop on the shuttle bus to your terminal. The driver will also help with your luggage for a seamless experience.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you return, call the number on the back of your key receipt card, and a shuttle bus will be sent to your terminal. The driver will take you back to the car park, where your car will be ready and waiting for you

The car park is Park Mark accredited, with robust security measures in place, including CCTV and staff on-site to keep your vehicle safe.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended. Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time. Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, golf clubs, surfboards, and skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair accessible and includes a disabled toilet. While wheelchairs can be transferred on the shuttle bus, passengers must be able to step onto the bus unaided. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

We have parked here twice and pretty much the same experience both times. Friendly staff, easy check in process, about 10 minutes from the airport. The problem has been the return journey both times, it has taken 20 to 25 minutes from us calling for them to arrive to collect us. Which this time when we were being collected after 3am and watched 3 separate buses for another car park arrive at the same bus stop just is not funny. If you don't want to wait arround for a long time when you return home use another car park.

Very good drop off system and ride to terminal. Having to phone on return is a pain but not too long of a wait. Parking seems secure. Cophall far exceeds my experiences at Heathrow where we had a mud splattered car and a very long cold wait on pick up.

Directions for Cophall Parking Saver Non-Refundable

This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended.

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


Arrival procedure:

If you are using a Sat-Nav, set it to RH10 3HZ and ensure you allow sufficient time for vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please note that satellite navigation systems may not always direct you accurately to the car park. It is recommended to use the directions provided below. We cannot accept responsibility if you are unable to locate the car park or experience delays.

Late Returns
If your return is delayed and your stay exceeds the booked period, each additional day (or part day) will incur a charge of £20 per day. Rates are subject to change.
