What is the drop-off procedure?

When you arrive, simply park outside reception and hand over your keys in exchange for a key receipt card. One of the friendly staff will move your car to a secure space while you hop on the shuttle bus to your terminal. The driver will also help with your luggage for a seamless experience.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you return, call the number on the back of your key receipt card, and a shuttle bus will be sent to your terminal. The driver will take you back to the car park, where your car will be ready and waiting for you

The car park is Park Mark accredited, with robust security measures in place, including CCTV and staff on-site to keep your vehicle safe.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended. Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time. Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, golf clubs, surfboards, and skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair accessible and includes a disabled toilet. While wheelchairs can be transferred on the shuttle bus, passengers must be able to step onto the bus unaided. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Easy to find, efficient service, excellent facilities. I was surprised though that we were taken down the motorway rather than the local roads to Gatwick as the reason i had booked with you was to avoid having to drive on the motorway which in the past has resulted in a 45 minute wait on the M23 slip road and dual carriageway approach road to Gatwick. As it happened we were not delayed and the minibus dropped us right outside the entrance to the South terminal. On pick up we rang and the minibus came promptly. Your vehicles are in excellent condition and your drivers are very friendly and helpful.

Quick and easy booking, the transfer was just a couple of minutes wait at either end of our holiday, and FHR dropped and collected us outside the main doors after about a 8-10 minute journey. I would definitely use the service again. Many Thanks

Directions for Cophall Parking Saver Non-Refundable

This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended.

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


Arrival procedure:
When you arrive, simply park outside reception and hand over your keys in exchange for a key receipt card. One of the friendly staff will move your car to a secure space while you hop on the shuttle bus to your terminal. The driver will also help with your luggage for a seamless experience.

Return procedure:
Once you return, call the number on the back of your key receipt card, and a shuttle bus will be sent to your terminal. The driver will take you back to the car park, where your car will be ready and waiting for you.

If you are using a Sat-Nav, set it to RH10 3HZ and ensure you allow sufficient time for vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please note that satellite navigation systems may not always direct you accurately to the car park. It is recommended to use the directions provided below. We cannot accept responsibility if you are unable to locate the car park or experience delays.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, golf clubs, surfboards, and skis can be transferred upon request.

Late Returns
If your return is delayed and your stay exceeds the booked period, each additional day (or part day) will incur a charge of £20 per day. Rates are subject to change.
