Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, golf clubs, surfboards, and skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair accessible and includes a disabled toilet. While wheelchairs can be transferred on the shuttle bus, passengers must be able to step onto the bus unaided. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. On arrival at the car park they didn't have my reservation. This didn't hold things up but lucky I had taken a printed copy which they accepted. On arriving back I rang (as instructed) once we had got our bags and cleared customs. There were so many people at the bus stop and only 4 busses working that day (rather than the usual 6) that it was over an hour before we got back to the car park from making the call. We had to wait for 4 busses to pick up and do the round trip before our names were called - all very chaotic at the bus stop with people just jumping on the busses. I have used Cophall before and not had this problem so hope its a one off.

This is the second time we have used Cophall parking and the second time we have been kept waiting, the first time we were kept waiting in the office for over 30 minutes because of no available mini van and the second time we were left waiting at the airport for 25 minutes, when I phoned them for the second time I was told that they were very busy, no apology was given. While we were waiting there were two APH buses and two Purple parking buses, so we will certainly not be using them again.

When returning from our trip. We phone as per instructed after passing through customs. We were told the wrong bus stop number. It was only by chance that I noticed the bus coming round the corner that we were able to catch it. Apart from that A very good service.

This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended.From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.
From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
Arrival procedure:
