when we arrived back we had a slight dificulty,had to wait for a another shuttle, because they could not fit our family of 6 on 1 bus. Having said that it hasn't put us off using this service again.Good value for money , and very convenient.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I prefer to travel at night and the only thing I could ask if any would be more signposts to the car park.

First experience of using this kind of service, have to say the whole process worked very smoothly. I would have given it 5 stars but the woman at Cophall working behind the desk was miserable- not actually parking with a smile, more like a scowl!

Staff were very polite, attentive and welcoming on arrival. They knew what they were doing and made me feel confident in leaving my car with them for two weeks. I had got the date wrong as to when to collect my car. One email and they got back to me very quickly and told me what the extra cost would be. Very profession service. The transfer bus was also clean and the drivers were very polite and approachable.

Everything was well organised and very efficient. We (family of 5) were transported to the airport within 15 - 20 mins upon arrival and more importantly we did not have to wait too long when we arrived back at the airport. Again, around 15 mins. One nice point for improvement would be some tea / coffee facilities in the office whilst we were waiting for our bus.

I found the online booking process easy and straight forward for two cars, confirmation of booking was received soon after. Directions made the parking site easy to find, prompt transport to airport. On return a phone call after luggage collection and the mini bus arrived within a few minutes to take us back to the site where our cars were waiting. First class service would recommend and will use again.

This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended.From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.
From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
Arrival procedure:

Return procedure:

If you are using a Sat-Nav, set it to RH10 3HZ and ensure you allow sufficient time for vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
Please note that satellite navigation systems may not always direct you accurately to the car park. It is recommended to use the directions provided below. We cannot accept responsibility if you are unable to locate the car park or experience delays.
