When you arrive, simply park outside reception and hand over your keys in exchange for a key receipt card. One of the friendly staff will move your car to a secure space while you hop on the shuttle bus to your terminal. Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, golf clubs, surfboards, and skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair accessible and includes a disabled toilet. While wheelchairs can be transferred on the shuttle bus, passengers must be able to step onto the bus unaided. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. Only hiccup was that we were not told that you had changed the exit from a token to a code.I drove up the exit & had to walk back to get the code. The same happened to the car behind me. Other than that the usual good service.

Good service overall, very efficient drop off at car park and transfer to airport. Pick up on return slightly delayed (15 minute wait) but key collection very quick on return to car park. Would happily use again if price remains good.

1. My car was very dirty/muddy when returned. 2. The return collection was 20 minutes after we phoned. Slower than expected.. 3. The outward bus seats were dirty. 4. On previous occasions we collected the car just outside the office front. This time it was out the back. Not a deal braker but not as convenient. Overall £69 for a week seems expensive for a very basic service.

Cophall parking was a good experience, I am 67 years old and to have the luggage loaded both ends of the transfer was a nice surprise and a real help. Your staff were polite and helpful. The collection on our arrival back after our holiday was so organised, at almost midnight it really helped to complete our experience. Cheerful staff should also be complimented.. This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended.From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.
From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
