One of the friendly staff will move your car to a secure space while you hop on the shuttle bus to your terminal. While wheelchairs can be transferred on the shuttle bus, passengers must be able to step onto the bus unaided. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. 35 minutes from getting out of the car to being dropped off at the terminal was too long in my opinion. Traffic on the, quite long, journey was part of the problem, but a good 10 mins or more was waiting for the bus to depart. We were already running late due to traffic on the m25, so this just added to the stress. The process needs to be quicker, especially given the distance to the airport and the likelihood of traffic.

This worked smoothly. From the directions we found the drop off point easily, we were expected and keys were handed over and a minibus to the airport left promptly. On return it may have been good to know in advance where we would be picked up. We went to where we were dropped off and then found pick up was at bus stop 6, which we had already walked passed, but this was a small item. We phoned and were picked up very quickly, we collected car keys and the car without delay. Polite and cheerful staff, even at 4am.

This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended.From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.
From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
Arrival procedure:

If you are using a Sat-Nav, set it to RH10 3HZ and ensure you allow sufficient time for vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
