When you arrive, simply park outside reception and hand over your keys in exchange for a key receipt card. One of the friendly staff will move your car to a secure space while you hop on the shuttle bus to your terminal. While wheelchairs can be transferred on the shuttle bus, passengers must be able to step onto the bus unaided. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. 100% would use this company again,quick easy parking and transport to the airport. Realised my daughter left her phone in my car when we arrived at the airport but I called the office and a driver brought her phone to me within 20 mins. When we landed back at gatwick i called them and we only waited about 10 minutes and the minibus was there. Excellent service highly recommend

we booked our arrival for 3.45am and arrived just after 3.30 to find a large number of people already waiting.It took some time for us to be given sa seat on one of the buses an d there was a point when we considered we may miss our flight.However we arrived at Gatwick North in sufficient time. Not having travelled at this time before,we usually fly in the afternoon it may well be that this is a regular occurrence at this time in the morning. WE have always found excellent service with minimum delay on our previous visits

personally don't think it's worth the time driving to their car park then get their bus back to the airport, then on your return have to wait for their bus. best to pay bit extra and have you car nearer to the airport. as you be spending on fuel to their carpark both ways.

Great off airport parking. Having got tired of waiting around for the "meet and greet" providers on previous trips we thought we'd try a drop off service again. It couldn't have gone better, leaving the car was a simple procedure and we were on the minibus within a couple of minutes and on our way to the terminal. The return was just as efficient, we called when we collected our bags and the bus pulled up to the bay literally as we approached. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Great service all round. Highly recommended and we'll use again.

I have been using this parking facility for a number of years and have always had great service. The minibuses are always available when you park at Cophall and on returning home a quick phone call gets the minibus to you within 15 minutes.

I rang the car park and told them my can broken down at the Hotel we were staying that night and had to get to the airport by taxi, was there anyway we could get a refund or a voucher for another date, As we have used this car park many times I thought we could have got at least a voucher they just said no. Very disappointed

This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended.From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.
From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
Arrival procedure:
