When you arrive, simply park outside reception and hand over your keys in exchange for a key receipt card. One of the friendly staff will move your car to a secure space while you hop on the shuttle bus to your terminal. Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, golf clubs, surfboards, and skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair accessible and includes a disabled toilet. While wheelchairs can be transferred on the shuttle bus, passengers must be able to step onto the bus unaided. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. We were pleased with the service. We only waited a few minutes for bus to airport and on our return we phoned and the bus was there relatively quickly. It was a comfortable journey in the minibus. useful to have the business card with clear instructions of what to do on arrival back in uk airport.

All transfers went exceedingly well. Arrival at the park and then to reception was easy. Minibus to take to Gatwick left after a very short wait. On return timing was impeccable as (by chance?) I didn't stop walking from passport control to stepping into minibus. Key collection was also smooth.

Not as good this time. Driver turned up but not enough room to take four of us. No sorry and told us another bus was on its way. Had to telephone second time to remind Cophall we were still at South Terminal and then same driver and bus turn up. Is this because it is no longer family run? Parked here loads of times.

I have used your Parking services for years and been very happy, but when i picked up my car 04.30 in the dark on Wednesday morning i couldn't believe the state of it when i saw it in the daylight. It was was covered in black mouldy stuff, bits of tree and slime! I dont know where it was parked but I have never had any car of mine come back to me in that condition before.

This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended.From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.
From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
Arrival procedure:

Please note that satellite navigation systems may not always direct you accurately to the car park. It is recommended to use the directions provided below. We cannot accept responsibility if you are unable to locate the car park or experience delays.
