Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, golf clubs, surfboards, and skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair accessible and includes a disabled toilet. While wheelchairs can be transferred on the shuttle bus, passengers must be able to step onto the bus unaided. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. I have used Cophall Parking several times before and they have been very good. Unfortunately this time they were not up to their usual standard and we were delayed by about 30-40 minutes both in being taken into the airport and on our return.

Once again we booked Cophall Parking as I do when travelling from Gatwick Airport and again no problems at all. Maybe one slight criticism was in returning we waited a little longer than previously but this was due to the heavy traffic around the airport and not a great problem. Once again the service was first class and would definitely use again and recommend it.

A very efficient and well run car park operation, the only criticism is that bus stop 6 is a long walk from the departure/arrival area, but I expect this outside of your control.

Had to wait 20 mins when we arrived.We were told we were on the 2nd minibus but it turned out to be the 3rd! when we returned it was a 20 minute wait again and people who got on the minibus behind us arrived back to collect their car before us presumably because we had to go to the south terminal after we were picked up. Advertised as parking with a smile but didn't see any!!! .

Usually give 5 stars and always use this company for our parking but on our return trip there was miscommunication between the staff and a bus turned up with only room for one of us even though our names were on the drivers list. We were told by the driver that another would be along straight away but I had to phone the depot to find out where they were after a further 20 minute wait. The staff at the depot were not aware that we had not been picked up. A driver turned up for us then after 10 minutes. Although the waiting time was more than our usual experience we would still use this company again

This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended.From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.
From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
Arrival procedure:
