When you arrive, simply park outside reception and hand over your keys in exchange for a key receipt card. One of the friendly staff will move your car to a secure space while you hop on the shuttle bus to your terminal. While wheelchairs can be transferred on the shuttle bus, passengers must be able to step onto the bus unaided. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. I have used cophall many times and have had no reason to complain. However when I collected my car this time one side and the back were covered in dirty water splashes,probably from passing cars going through a muddy puddle.This should have led the car to be cleaned.l did complain and they offered to clean it. I noticed other cars were dirty in similar fashion.

When I dropped my car key off in reception on Wednesday 27th at 4am I was just given a little blue card and was told to hold on to it to get my car back. I had to jump on the bus in a rush so I put it in a safe place. On Sunday 3rd March I waited at the pick up place in north terminal at 2:30pm. I waited 15 mins which is longer then Iv waited before, I looked at the card I was given by reception a couple days prior and it was for 15% off if I book next time. I couldn’t understand why the lady said it was important to keep. It took me a while to find a contact number direct to the office. I asked when will a bus be arriving, she told me I had to be booked on to the bus and she will get the 3 of us on soon. 1st bus showed and people that arrived after us got on the bus, 2nd bus arrived and the driver new all of us waiting was unhappy so he played around and hid round the bus, I told him no games we aren’t in the mood. we wasn’t given seat in that bus either so I called again and said I wanted gaurented seats in the next bus, we were cold and wet and very fed up. We got on the 3rd bus-it took just over 45 minutes to be collected, we saw buses for purple parking and APH about 6times in the time we waited for our bus. When I got to reception I asked the lady...’when I dropped off the key what would I have been told to do to get my car back?’ the lady showed me a card and said this and be told to call when collected cases. I showed her the 15% off card I was given and told her I was never told to call you so we were waiting for 15 minutes before I rang and just as well I did call. Lady said she was sorry and told me she will give me 25% off if I was to book again. I went to my car and I could see the hazard lights were on and my car was unlocked-I wasn’t to impressed, I go to turn the engine on and the battery dies. I go back to reception and she gets one of the guys to jump start it. By now I’m soaking wet wondering around in the pouring rain and wind and I landed over an hour ago and still wasn’t on my way home. The guy couldn’t connect the jump leads he said my Honda Civic had a “shit design” I told him that was not possible and that his jump lead grips were to big. He wanted to hold the grips in place while I started the engine and sparks flew everywhere. So he said he needed a supervisor. Apparently there wasn’t a supervisor on site and the guy said over the walkie talkie that’s not right there should always be a supervisor around. We were told to go wait in the reception and they would try again. A 2nd guy went to help. They come back to get me not long after to say the car was up and running. I asked when was my car placed in the bay? The 1st guy that tried to jump start the car said he parked it in the morning and for some reason the hazards were on so he just left it and unlocked and what ever had happened the battery died-Iv never had an issue with the car in the year Iv had it. We went to leave the car park and then realised we hadn’t been given a token to get out of the car park. It was just one problem after another and we didn’t get to head off home till 2 n half hours after landing. The hole point in using you guys is to make life easier but we ended up being so stressed. Very unhappy customers.

Basically does what it says on the tin! Efficient, polite, friendly even when they had lots of people waiting! Bus was there to pick us up within 10 mins of calling them on clearing customs. All stress free as I would expect. 3rd time using them and no complaints at all 👍🏻

This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended.From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.
From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
Arrival procedure:
