When you arrive, simply park outside reception and hand over your keys in exchange for a key receipt card. One of the friendly staff will move your car to a secure space while you hop on the shuttle bus to your terminal. Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, golf clubs, surfboards, and skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair accessible and includes a disabled toilet. While wheelchairs can be transferred on the shuttle bus, passengers must be able to step onto the bus unaided. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. On Arrival the receptionist was rather short, bordering the rude and my Overspeed sensor activation was turned on, leaving me to thumb through the manual for ages to turn it off. We have been using Cophall Parking for over 5 years, and have been very satisfied with your service, this is just a bit of niggle. Thanks.

The parking is safe and efficient. My only reservation is that it can take over half an hour from making the phone call (to call the courtesy bus) to arriving at the car park.

Excellent on the way out, but we watched 2 vans go by on our return, we got on the 3rd one, so we had a longer than usual wait. A busy time I guess, but they do have details of inward flights.

Good service again but let down by a half hour wait at the South Terminal for transport. We then went to the North Terminal for pick up meaning it taking over an hour to get to pick up our car.

This is a non-flexible product – standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended.From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.
From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
Arrival procedure:
