Upon arrival, drivers can park in one of the arrival bays and proceed to reception to check-in. The car will be parked by the staff while guests take a bus to the airport. Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be amended or cancelled.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return, catch the transfer bus from where you were dropped off back to the car park.

Please note that your chosen car park has a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m (7ft) and does not accept the following vehicles: mini-buses; high-sided vehicles; mobile homes; lorries; caravans or vehicles with trailers We recommend that you give yourself 45 minutes to drop your car and keys off and transfer to the airport. You will be required to leave your keys at the car park. No vans accepted at this car park.

On arrival it was a fast turn around for handing in your keys and getting on the large bus to the airport [which was included in the price]. The journey to the airport took approx 15 minutes [south terminal]. On our return you just went to the off-airport bus stops [7-8] at south terminal and waited for a pick-up. Ours was about a 5 minute wait, so we were lucky. At the car parking we had a short wait for 5 minutes, for the bus passengers to get their keys back, which was no time. Would return for any future occasions.

We experienced no problems with delivery or collection of our vehicle. There was even a coach waiting at Gatwick when we found the bus stop which waited for us as it was about to pull away. Two small issues might help improve the service. (1) When we make our booking, it was not clear whether you wanted to know the scheduled landing time for our flight or the end of the period of parking after allowing for immigration procedures, baggage reclaim and coach travel back to site. The latter was more likely as you were quoting a price for the period of parking, but later I was confused to see that you wanted the flight arrival time. I am still not certain what was wanted and similar confusion might deter people completing your booking form if not explained more clearly. (2) When we collected our car, we were given a label with our key saying the driver was to present the label at the exit to open the barrier. In the event it wasn't necessary as the barrier opened for us while I was trying to get the label off the key ring. Again, a small area of confusion where greater clarity would have been helpful. Otherwise, thank you again for a great service. I am sure we will use you again when next we fly from Gatwick.

Bus to airport was too small, bus was packed and a long time leaving the car park. Service on return was excellent, quick pick up, and quick handover of keys, bus had standing room only after North terminal, but we got on at South terminal and had a seat. Will use again if price remains competative.

I have this car park before so pretty much knew what to expect. Basically good but just a couple of comments:- The information was not as comprehensive as it should have been - a map would have been useful although the directions were comprehensive. Again a bit vague about what the car park was called Would have been useful to have the bus stops for both terminals for pick up as the plane came into North rather than South as scheduled.

Please be aware it is important to check traffic updates before you leave. There are long-term scheduled roadworks on the M23 near Gatwick Airport. These include overnight closures to the M23 and M23 Junction 10, that may affect your journey to the car park.

From the M23 - Junction 9:
Exit the motorway and follow the signs for Gatwick Airport.
At the motorway roundabout with traffic lights take the 2nd exit and head towards the airport.
At the next roundabout go straight over towards the North Terminal.
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit heading towards Crawley/Redhill (A23).
Join the dual carriageway and carry on until the next roundabout (Longbridge Roundabout) and take the 4th exit heading back on the A23 towards Gatwick, Brighton & Crawley.
Carry on over the next roundabout staying on the A23 Southbound.
At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the Old Brighton Road South (Lowfield Heath/Charlwood).
Turn left at the mini-roundabout onto Charlwood Road.
Purple Parking is located 1½ miles ahead on the right hand side.


From the M23 - Junction 10:
Exit the motorway and take the 3rd exit signposted Crawley (A2011).
At the 1st roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted A2011 for Horsham.
At the next roundabout with traffic lights take the 4th exit towards Redhill/Gatwick (A23 Northbound)
Carry on over the next roundabout following the signs for Gatwick.
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit for Lowfield Heath/Charlwood.
Turn left at the mini-roundabout onto Charlwood Road.
Purple Parking is located 1½ miles ahead on the right hand side.

If you need assistance with last minute directions please ring the number on your confirmation 7.

Park in one of the arrivals bays, take note of the number and head to reception to check in. You'll need to present a copy of your booking confirmation, drop your keys in the red box for the correct number lane and you'll be given a ticket, which you should keep safe as you'll need it later. It will also have instructions on the back for when you return.
Your car will be parked for you while you catch the bus from the waiting area to the airport. You'll need to show your ticket to the driver.
We recommend that you give yourself 45 minutes to drop your car and keys off and transfer to the airport.

Transfers operate 24 hours a day, every 20 minutes and take just 10-15 minutes.

I've used many times the parking but I'm a bit confused with the park and ride one. Can I park the car myself and keep the keys myself? You will be required to leave your keys with reception as they will park your car whilst you transfer to the airport.
