Upon arrival, drivers can park in one of the arrival bays and proceed to reception to check-in. The car will be parked by the staff while guests take a bus to the airport. Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be amended or cancelled.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return, catch the transfer bus from where you were dropped off back to the car park.

Please note that your chosen car park has a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m (7ft) and does not accept the following vehicles: mini-buses; high-sided vehicles; mobile homes; lorries; caravans or vehicles with trailers We recommend that you give yourself 45 minutes to drop your car and keys off and transfer to the airport. You will be required to leave your keys at the car park. No vans accepted at this car park.

Staff on arrival back to the UK were friendly this time - a big improvement. Bus as usual was on time and took about 10-15 mins. Car was waiting where they said it was.

You need to put the bus stop number on the booking confirmation as I struggled to find the bus stop as there were no stewards about when I came out from arrivals at 11.30pm. There was a purple bus stuck in a que when I exited the terminal who very rudely said no to opening the doors and then ignored me when I tried asking the bus stop number. That's customer service? apart from that my experience was just ok

No real problems,but this site needs either more holding space for arrivals or more staff to transfer away from arrivals. Suggest "Peace Rate" payments to staff for clearing arrivals area,with supervisor to maintain safety.

You seemed to be struggling with overcapacity issues, with cars parked on grass verges outside the park. My car was not immediately available when I arrived back from my holiday. Although I didn't have to wait long, I was given incorrect information as to the location of my car. Office staff seemed very stressed. I would not use you again if I thought you were not going to control your numbers to manageable proportions.

Used these before, lots of transport to and from the airport, friendly and helpful staff too. My car wasn't ready when we got back but they got straight onto it and brought it to me. Great prices, great service :-)

Good and simple to use, hassle free cheap parking. Handed over my keys with ease, left on the bus almost straight away and arrived on time at the airport. On our return again, simple to locate where we had got dropped off, the bus was waiting and before we knew it we were picking up our car and on our way home! Top Tip - when offered an airport lounge, go for it. It really does make a difference to the start of your holiday.

The booking was straightforward and cheaper to book in advance online than just turning up. The staff in reception on arrival were a bit short and when we returned were not very helpful in telling us where the car was, just a vague "Row N". A smile would be more welcome, but I guess they were busy.

Greeting - good Advice - good Bus driver from carpark to airport - very helpful, helping with baggage on and off Bus driver airport to car park - not so helpful and not willing to help move baggage Shame you have to have the same coach doing both the North and South terminal in one tour rather than dedicating a bus to one of the other. Otherwise 4 out of 5. Thanks.

Once you get there you park up outside the office get your bus ticket your car is taken away to be parked up until you get back. The bus stops right where you pulled up and takes you to and from the airport. What be any easier.

We've used you before and there hasn't been any problems previously but this time when we got the car back it was filthy (which is fair enough as the car park is under a flight path so I expect a lot of pollution from the planes) but I got the car cleaned the next day and noticed that there are scratch marks on top of the boot as though something has been put on the boot and it has scraped it! Obviously I cant prove that it happened at your car park, as I should have done a thorough examination before I drove away, but the marks weren't there before! In the end, it is going to work out as a very expensive week parking!!

Please be aware it is important to check traffic updates before you leave. There are long-term scheduled roadworks on the M23 near Gatwick Airport. These include overnight closures to the M23 and M23 Junction 10, that may affect your journey to the car park.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to leave your keys with reception as they will park your car whilst you transfer to the airport. Please also note that some Sat Nav devices aren't accurate enough with just the postcode, so please enter the full address.

From the M23 - Junction 9:
Exit the motorway and follow the signs for Gatwick Airport.
At the motorway roundabout with traffic lights take the 2nd exit and head towards the airport.
At the next roundabout go straight over towards the North Terminal.
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit heading towards Crawley/Redhill (A23).
Join the dual carriageway and carry on until the next roundabout (Longbridge Roundabout) and take the 4th exit heading back on the A23 towards Gatwick, Brighton & Crawley.
Carry on over the next roundabout staying on the A23 Southbound.
At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the Old Brighton Road South (Lowfield Heath/Charlwood).
Turn left at the mini-roundabout onto Charlwood Road.
Purple Parking is located 1½ miles ahead on the right hand side.


From the M23 - Junction 10:
Exit the motorway and take the 3rd exit signposted Crawley (A2011).
At the 1st roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted A2011 for Horsham.
At the next roundabout with traffic lights take the 4th exit towards Redhill/Gatwick (A23 Northbound)
Carry on over the next roundabout following the signs for Gatwick.
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit for Lowfield Heath/Charlwood.
Turn left at the mini-roundabout onto Charlwood Road.
Purple Parking is located 1½ miles ahead on the right hand side.

If you need assistance with last minute directions please ring the number on your confirmation 7.

Park in one of the arrivals bays, take note of the number and head to reception to check in. You'll need to present a copy of your booking confirmation, drop your keys in the red box for the correct number lane and you'll be given a ticket, which you should keep safe as you'll need it later. It will also have instructions on the back for when you return.
Your car will be parked for you while you catch the bus from the waiting area to the airport. You'll need to show your ticket to the driver.
We recommend that you give yourself 45 minutes to drop your car and keys off and transfer to the airport.

Transfers operate 24 hours a day, every 20 minutes and take just 10-15 minutes.

I've used many times the parking but I'm a bit confused with the park and ride one. Can I park the car myself and keep the keys myself? You will be required to leave your keys with reception as they will park your car whilst you transfer to the airport.
