Yet again fantastic service, changed a bit (with the new "to me") key locker worked very well. We have used this service over six years and have had no need to look elsewhere for the service, only wish the owners of the of the Airport could implement ideas that work around the entry to the terminal.

Good experience and no real problems - the self service element for the parking transaction is a bit 'clunky' with customers having to use machines and then an assistant intervening to help out because they don't work properly! Wait time acceptable for transfers. Allow up to 30mins to do this safely.

Very good service as always. Staff and bus drivers helpful. My only issue would be that my car was at the very top of row L when I returned and so it was a long way for me to take my vey heavy luggage, but hey, I understand that somebody has to be parked there:-). If I had known how far it was I would have left the luggage at the pick up point while I went to fetch my car. If it was not too much trouble you could arrange to have senior citizens travelling alone to be parked nearer to the key pick up point, which I am sure would be appreciated by many and an added bonus to your already wonderful service. This could easily be done by having people put a note on their car window stating "Senior Citizen! Please park near to the pick up point". I might do this anyway in future and I am sure your very helpful parking staff would honour my request. See you in March 2018 Thank You and Best Wishes Christine

Overall a good experience. Did have to wait for longer than 20 mins (as was quoted that there was a shuttle every 20 mins) to come from the airport back to the car. Was a bit of shambles at the key pick up point (by other people!) but I was able to assist other people.

Everything was quick and ran smoothly on departure. Coming back, I had no information on my booking form about which bus stop I would have to wait at to be picked up at the airport so I looked on the Airparks website which said to go to bus stop 12 which was a fair walk from the Arrivals area. Having had a heavy bag, I walked towards the indicated area only to find there was no bus stop 12! Then I spotted the Airparks coach arriving and parking very near the Arrivals area, just where I had walked from! I asked the driver about bus stop 12 and he said that it hadn't been there for months and that other people have asked the same and he had suggested to the Airparks people to update their website. It was all ok in the end but I could have done without carrying my heavy bag for nothing! Airparks - please keep information up to date on your website, it is not difficult!

All good. When we returned to the airport there was a long queue for the bus and when it arrived we couldn't all fit on. Would have been nice to send another bus rather than having to wait the 20 mins in the heat. Good check out system on return

A fantastic and extremely organised parking service. Turned up and followed the signs to drop the car, went to the machine and typed my registration number and was given a ticket and a key tag. Dropped it in the relevant number to where I had parked and caught the bus straight to the terminal. Waited only a few minutes for the bus and it took around 15minutes maybe just over 10minutes to the terminal. Such a smooth process and would definitely use again should I fly from Luton airport.

Luton airparks I've booked through BOOKFHR.com. I had to stay longer on holiday and when I called the company they couldn't help me so I've ended up paying 15£ per day because no one was willing to help! Never again

Great service, speedy and better organised than their neighbours/competitors next door. This was my first booking with Airparks and I will certainly return. Directions for Airparks
Coming from the North (M1)Leave the M1 at junction 10
At the motorway roundabout, take the first exit from the north onto Airport Way A1081.
Keep in the left hand lane and take the slip road signposted towards St. Albans, Harpenden A1081.
You'll come out onto a roundabout where you should take the first exit onto London Road.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit signposted St Albans, Harpenden A1081.
Turn left onto the B4540, signposted Slip End and Markyate.
At the traffic lights, turn right onto Grove Road.
Take the first left onto the service road.
Airparks will be on the right after about 100 meters.
Coming from the South (M1)
Leave the M1 at junction 9.
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A5183
Continue on A5183 for approximately 2 miles and at the traffic lights turn right onto B4540 (Luton Road towards Luton)
Continue on B4540 for approximately 1.5 miles into Slip End village and at the traffic lights turn left onto Grove Road.
Take the first left onto the service road.
Airparks will be on the right after about 100 meters.
Some travellers have had trouble finding Airparks with their sat navs, so we suggest you take our directions into account. If you choose to use a sat nav to get to the car park, make sure you use the full address to avoid getting lost.
On arrival:
Pull up at the entrance barrier, which will lift after a few seconds (all cars coming into the site are recorded on CCTV). Park in one of the arrivals bays, then head into the check-in building. You check yourself in using the machines - it's a very quick process, though you'll need to have a copy of your booking confirmation with you. There's a member of staff on hand to help if you need it
The machine will give you a tag, which you should attach to your keys, and a ticket, which you should keep safe as you'll need it later. Drop your keys in the box with the same number as the lane you've parked in. Your car will be parked for you, so just head to the waiting area and hop on the bus to the airport. You'll need to show your ticket to the driver.
If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.

Returning home
Catch the shuttle bus from bus bay 17 – you’ll need to show the driver your ticket. Once you’re back at the car park, head to the check-out shelter and follow the instructions on the key dispenser – it will return your keys and tell you where your car is parked.
Then just drive to the exit barrier - you'll need to insert your ticket to scan the barcode attached to your keys, and then the barrier will lift. If you lose your ticket, you'll need to go to reception, answer some security questions, then show a photo ID, so make sure you have one with you.
If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.

If you come back to a flat battery, the car park will be happy to jump start your car for free.
We normally advise our customers to give themselves 40 minutes to park at Airparks and transfer to the airport - longer during the rush hour between 4am and 8am. However, there are currently roadworks on the M1 between junctions 6a and 12, so we advise you to leave extra time for your journey to Airparks too. More information is available on the Highways Agency website.

Hi there, I'm worried about my return flight being delayed, as I don't wish to pay extra charges.I read that there is a grace period up until midnight. However, my flight isn't scheduled to land until 10pm. I noticed that if i book up until about 09:30 the following morning, the price is the same. Is it safer to do this, to avoid extra charges? And then just inform staff when I've landed?You can do that if you like, as that would cover you. However, the vehicles are bought out of the main storage compound ready for customers to collect, so I would,t add too much extra time or your car may not be bought out of the compound if you are several hours earlier
