badly signposted on entering. when leaving car park we were asked to pay £122 as my booking did not appear on there system I had to go into office after putting ticket into machine to be told my booking was not confirmed this is the first time I have had this problem despite using you for my car park booking they said fault was on your system not confirming booking very disappointed as wasted time trying to get out of carpark

Great prices, parking is well sign posted. The shuttle buses are back up and running now, but only took us 5 mins to walk. Would highly recommend using.

Really good service. Had a break down en route and had to swap to my husbands car. I was in a bit of a state and the lady I spoke to was lovely and made the changes for me with me having to re-book. Great service at Newcastle too and had to stop at the parking office to get new ticket to get out, he was really helpful.

finding exact car parking area was not easy as the signage could be improved. Signs were confusing and was wondering if I was in correct area, a helpful parking operative guided us.. Then finding a space was also little tine consuming maybe a future electronic 'space available' would help... but all in all very satisfactory with cost and closeness to terminal. Would definitely use again..

The actual FHR booking was fine, with good communication. However the parking was a nightmare. All parking areas stated spaces free were all full. Drove around for around 15-20 mins and ended up having to park, as others had, not in bay but against a fence of one of the parking areas - not what we paid for. In the time we were driving around and after leaving the car we did not see any courtesy buses.

Directions for Long Stay (PP)
The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.
Arriving at the car park:
Drive to the car park - driving directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation. Take a ticket at the barrier, park in any space and keep your keys.
From there, it's a short walk to the term
On return
When you've got your bags, walk back to the car park. Drive to the barrier, put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of the team.
There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
