Secure parking but the lack of a courtesy bus lead to a long walk which resulted in a torn calf muscle. We would use this car park again but might drop our cases off in the lay by and leave a passenger there to look after them whilst the fittest person parks the car.

The car park was everything we expected. The gates did exactly what we were told they would, finding a parking space was very easy and we walked to the terminal in about 5/6 minutes.

nightmare getting out of the car park machine would not take the ticket pressed help intercom. He said he would raise the barrier and let us through As we went through realised we still had the ticket and as it had not registered our exit from the car park, so pulled in to let my wife out to see the Man in the office to confirm the car had been removed from the car park This was around 2am dark and raining and did not see I was on RED double lines although it was for less than a minute I am now expecting a fine as I Know there are cameras everywhere! If the machine had taken the ticket in the first place this would not have happened!

Had problem getting out of car park I changed my car and up dated reg. I received my up dated booking but it hadn't been up dated at your end. It still had my old reg in system. But we sorted it on phone with the operator.

Directions for Long Stay (PP)
The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.
Arriving at the car park:
Drive to the car park - driving directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation. Take a ticket at the barrier, park in any space and keep your keys.
From there, it's a short walk to the term
On return
When you've got your bags, walk back to the car park. Drive to the barrier, put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of the team.
There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
