Parked car in Area G-Bus Stop 10 on drizzly morning, just missed one bus to Terminal and waited several minutes and no sign of next bus so started walking in to Terminal looking to catch bus at another stop on way but did not come nor was one sighted on Car Park so ended up walking all way. Not easy with luggage and total knee replacement in May 2019. On return entered empty bus shelter outsideTerminal and pressed intercom and told 'bus won't be long'. Other clients came and also pressed intercom to get 'engaged' tone or simply not answered. Waited nearly 20 mins for bus to arrive. Poor service!!

The only thing is we were unsure where to park so had to ask the reception. Also telephones where not working in bus stop to call for shuttle. Also car parking spaces are quite small as we have a large vehicle. But was easy to book. Easy to use. And shuttle running every 5 mins so never needed to call them at the bus stop.

We have used the long stay car park 3 times , unfortunately on 2 occasions they exit barrier has failed to respond to the ticket departure, we then have to go to the office to get released, This can be very annoying when it’s late at night.

Excellent service, no problems internet booking and payment, easy orientation at the place, bus taking you from the parking place to the airport and back, office opened late till the night (perhaps 24/7?), very helpful They were even able to asist me on leaving when my battery was weak and I couldn't start - within 15 minutes a mechanic came with a starting kit - thank you a lot! The only small minus is the parking place is not all tarmac - we parked on gravel. But this was no problem.

Good value for money, initially quite difficult to find a space as car park busy and some parts were full. Eventually found a space and courtesy buses were at the stops in quick time. Not much interaction from drivers but communicated fine if asked anything.

Very Convenient but I do find airport parking expensive . Particularly when compared to the cost of car hire on the Costa del Sol. Parked car here at least double hire charge for a week in Spain !!

Directions for Long Stay (PP)
The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.
Arriving at the car park:
Drive to the car park - driving directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation. Take a ticket at the barrier, park in any space and keep your keys.
From there, it's a short walk to the term
On return
When you've got your bags, walk back to the car park. Drive to the barrier, put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of the team.
There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
