Very good service all round from parking to bus pick up with very friendly drivers) & good price, only problem we had was going out through barrier as it asked for a fee when ticket inserted (as it was a foggy night I presume sensor not picking up number plate ) but was quickly resolved with intercom service, we have used before with no problems & will definitely use again.Thankyou :)

All of the original booking process was simple & effective however I changed the vehicle I was parking and sent the alteration receiving a confirmation email and reference - upon departure of the car park I was asked at the barrier to pay £111 - although this was resolved it caused considerable frustration to myself and other users of the park queuing behind me whilst the operator checked for approval

Apart from the long-stay car park being almost full when we arrived, there were no problems until we tried to leave. It was quite difficult for several people to slot their tickets into one of the machines at the exit. A member of staff was there to help anyone who needed it.

Directions for Long Stay (PP)

The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.
Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.

From there, it's a short walk to the term

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
