To whom it may concern, we have used Callerton car parking for approximately the last 10 years and no complaints, we were assured that when we returned from this flight that there was no need to phone them for a return pick up, they said they knew when we would arrive and the van would be waiting, after waiting for 25 minutes, also phoning the company, no one answered the phone, we then complained to a gentleman who was driving Bellair van, and he said Callerton were on there way, eventually another Bellair van arrived and drove us back to Callerton car park to retrieve our car, there was no apology whatsoever for the delay, I really don't think this was good customer service, such a shame as it always has been before, I take it that they must have been taken over.

Easy to find and very close to the airport, Staff were very efficient and friendly, On returning the bus was there to pick us up very quickly, Reasonably priced and we would defiantly use this company again in the future.

service on arrival good On return it took 15 minutes to find my car - the first emploee didn't seem to know what to do and wandered away.The lady on the desk took 2 minutes to locate the key and find the car All in all a pretty good service

Very good service pick up and drop offs well organised the only thing I think is needed is help for the disabled my wife found it very difficult to get in and out of the bus as the step up was too high for her an extra step would be very helpful we use the parking at least 3 times a year so hopefully this will be addressed.

Some changes have taken place with several companies sharing transport. It caused no difficulties and we had the usual efficient service. The pick-up on return was easier with the new arrangement.

After using callerton for years we sre very disappointed with the service we received on our return from holiday. We were told to wait at the bus stop as there was no need to contact as a camera would confirm our arrival, however after a fifteen minutes wait there was still no bus! A bus did arrive but we were informed it was for bellair but they very kindly dropped us at callerton. When we complained no explaination or apology was given. In previous years the service was impeccable an old fashioned system that was reliable. Standards have dropped so we will not be using or recommending your services in the future!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. However if you wish to forward details to customerservices@bookfhr.com we will
can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
