it was a perfect location at a great price. The guys were very welcoming when we arrived at 5.30 am and transfer was great to the airport. On the return however they were slow to come and collect us and the man was rude and ignorant! He did not greet us, said nothing for the whole journey and is a very poor advert for the car park. I'm talking about monday 22 Oct about 1pm. I suppose you get what you pay for but it was a great deal until meeting him!

It seems we use FHR exclusively!...This booking was for my wife, travelling alone to join a friend in Barcelona...As usual, the staff were very friendly and efficient, both going out and coming back, and very prompt...no delay at all. I have in fact just booked your services at Callerton again tonight (Confirmation Voucher 1210251194) as she is travelling out to Malta on November 20th (returning November 27th), again alone to meet up with the same friend.

We have used this car park many times in the past,but won't be using it again as, inspecting it yesterday morning after picking it up from Callerton the previous evening,we found the left side front wing had been scratched.We reported it to Callerton as we felt they should know about it and was told we should have checked before we left, but that is difficult when it's dark so that is why we won't be using Callerton again.

car parking was fine however i had to call twice to be collected and both times was told the driver was on his way. this was incorrect considering the time we waited and therefore misleading. while this is common practice with taxi firms i expect a better service from people like yourselves

Very good price for a week. Staff very friendly and efficient. Close to the airport. No facilities but used it for the parking and transfers so wasn't expecting any. Will use again.

The car parking facility is adequate but the mini bus used for transferring to and from airport are not roadworthy as far as I`m concerned,When we arrived back into Newcastle I contacted car park to pick me up along with quite a few other customers and we were herded into bus like cattle and the driver rang another guy and said "Get the other bus out and someone can hold the door closed"Which leads me to believe they really are not roadworthy and health & safety are a low priority to this company.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
