My only concern is that one seat on the minibus had no seat belt attachment so I couldn't plug it in - I moved seats. Minor point. Staff very courteous and didnt wait at all for the transport either way.

Driver was quite miserable and grumpy, I know it was 1 in the morning but it was 1 in the morning for everyone and we had a 4 1/2 hr flight and 1hr transfer and 1hr drive home Have been with you about 20 times and will continue to go with you because service/price is good. A smile goes a long way. - geoff

There were pot holes in the arrival area and only one amber light which did not show them. Wife fell over on ankle and we reported to arrivals but they explained they had asked owner fo lighting but he has refused. Transfer coach an absolute disgrace with no way out in an accident as door handle broken and sign saying ask driver to open from out side. Coach was filthy everywhere and seating springs collapsed with covers on seats to hide condition. Don't know why but tried approx' 4yrs ago and still has'nt changed since then but gotten worse.

Initial reaction to this site at Callerton, was dubious at the very least. Cars were parked along both sides of an unpaved rutted muddy track which paralleled the Metro Line. The office was a shabby Portacabin. The transfer bus was an old and distinctly down at heel mini bus which had seen better days Our car was returned with fresh mud streaked along the the off side doors and lower body. Those are the ' cons'. , The 'pros' The car was looked after and had just 4 miles extra on the trip meter. The shuttle bus turned up on time, and the driver, a man in his 60s., cheerfully assisted us to load and later unload our luggage. It was definitely a 'no frills' operation, but efficient enough There is a much larger and tidier airport Car parking business across the road from this place which we have used before, and I think I'll make sure that I go there in future.

This car park facility appears to just be an old factory yard, there are potholes all over the place and the cars are parked far too close together. I didnt realise until I got home that my car had a huge scratch just above the drivers door handle which I know for sure wasnt there when I left the car, in addition to this I had washed the car before travelling the 15 or so miles in dry weather to the car park and when I got tit back it was filthy, it looked as if it had been parked next to a muddy puddle and every vehicle in the park driven passed. Needless to say I will not be using this park again and would strongly recomend that for the extra £5-10 it is worth using another supplier of which there are several near by.

positive cheap and close to airport Negative had to wait around to be picked up. then phoned again to ask where transport was to be told a pack of lies, only one driver ferrying to and fro with not enough room for everyone and have to wait until he came back for the next load. meanwhile more people arriving for lift. need more than 1 vehicle run at a time.

I was not happy about the information given to me about contacting the car park on my return. I was told to dkial a freephone number from any payphone in the airport. I tried several but none of them would accept an 0800 number. This is the second time I have used callerton and this has happened. I finally used my mobile and called their lan dline number.The driver said he had told his bosses many times about this problem and they take no notice.. Why arenthey giving this incorrect information? Technically all public payphones should accept 0800 numbers so why don'y Callerton get in touch with the Post Office and ask why? This is the least they can do in view of the factn that customers are being inconvenienced.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
