Unfortunately I booked this firm due to the low cost but my experience wasn't favourable. The transfer to the airport was ok but the return wasn't the best. There were to many customers for the personnel carrier and the driver stated there was another carrier and plenty drivers so this situation shouldn't have occurred. The state of the carrier was shocking with dirty and damaged seats. Even worse when I got my car back the passenger door had been damaged with a small bit of paintwork removed with was probably caused by being hit with another car door.

Transfer Vehicle aged, served it's purpose though. Flights arrived at same time as others. Attendant frought but couped well enough. No real complaints. Satisfied with service given.

The service provided was quick and easy. It was two minutes from the airport and when we arrived back he was there to meet us. when we got back to the car park my car was at the entrance ready to load up and all I had to do was drive away.

Good facilities entrance needs boosting it is not good to the eye. AS a first time user it was not user friendly I thought it was an entrance to a scrap yard.

We had an excellent service with FHR. When we arrived back at Newcastle Airport we were through very quickly because we just had hand luggage. We called FHR and they came straight away. The man who collected us took us straight back for our car instead of hanging around waiting for those who had checked bags in. We were very impressed with this at 11pm when we just wanted to get home. I would definitely recommend FHR and will definitely be using them in the future.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
