Hi, really impressed with the friendly service, but very disappointed with the state of the transportation - very dirty on the way to the airport - wife had white trousers and was expecting to be needing a change - a little better on the way back - seat covers were put over the seats - also floor of the van had holes - expecting our cases to be ripped or wholed

Looks a bit ramshackle and the transfer taxi looked a bit worse for wear but we have used Callerton for a number of years now and have never had any problems.

On arrival was met by a rude man shouting at me for driving pass the office, i have not used this parking facility before so was not a where they parked the car for you, found him very rude. on return was welcomed by a nice gentleman and young lady so it restored my faith in humans that i just arrived with a rude man there.

Very good service. I arrived and was checked in within a few minutes. I did have to wait 5-10 minutes for the bus to fill with other passengers but this is completely understandable. My flight back arrived 20 minutes early so I called the office and they came to collect me within a few minutes. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service provided. Both men in the office who I dealt with were very nice indeed.

sited on wasteland, cars crammed next to each other.office is nothing more than a derelict building, nowhere to sit whilst waiting for the bus transfer, you have to stand outside. toilet a disgrace. the place is absolutely minging and the transfer bus is a shed on wheels held together with sticky tape with doors that are opened only with the knack of the driver

Fast and efficient service however Callerton should invest in a new minibus as the one we travelled in was falling appart (tape on the door handle,very rickety,no seat belts). Also my car has developed a rattle since leaving it with them! Have used this service before and will probably use it again as it was excellent value for money. Cheapest price for parking.

Slight hitch on arrival.Bag went to airport-I didn't ! They were quick to alert driver who returned with bag and all OK from there.Return flight was delayed by several hours but pick-up was prompt and car was ready. Superb !

Lovely friendly people with a very fast and efficient service. I liked that it was manned 24 hours so we were always able to talk to a person rather than just keying in a code. Callerton is only a couple of mins from the airport and I enjoyed the convenience of having the car. After leaving the car they dropped us at the airport in the minibus and picked up as soon as we telephoned. The lads took carried our cases on and off coach and were very friendly. Will definitely use again.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
