My mother (Mrs C Ablett) recommended me after she used your service in June and the service was as good as she experienced. The one complaint she had, was that the seating in the transfer minicoach was very shabby, but since she used the service it appears that you have put on waterproof covers and tidied the van up Well done.

Was a bit unsure of the transfer bus as the driver could not open the driver's door unless he left the window open to reach the inside handle or opened it from the passenger side, one of the seat belts didn't fit across the body properly it was slack and the sliding passenger door handle was taped up therefore you could not get out until the driver opened it. The driver going to the airport was a bit eratic bumping into kerbs.

The drop off and travel to the airport was efficient, however only one minibus arrived to collect customers from the airport, when there were enough customers to fill at least two vehicles and the attitude of the driver seemed to be that the customers were at fault - saying they could have sent more another bus if they'd known there were so many to collect!! The vehicle collection area was pitch dark and although we checked the car as best we could with a torch, in daylight the next day we discovered a deep scratch and lengthy scuff on our vehicle.

The 04 reg transit minibus was taty and dirty. Somone had written in the grime over the exit door and it was still there 4 days later when we were picked up.

The journey out was exceptional with an immediate transfer once the car had been dropped off. This can not be said on our return. Once landed and luggage collected we were asked to ring the number for Callerton to let them know we had landed. After over 40 minutes of trying to ring the number and not being able to get through we finally managed to get hold of someone from Callerton. This resulted in not just myself and my family left waiting outside at 2.30am for over 40 minutes but other customers also.

hi all was ok till pick-up time, driver rushing about like loony thowing bags all over at your yard, nearley knocked my sister-in law off her feet no respect for ppls luggage just flinging them off as though he hadnt a minute to live, plus no lighting anywhere to see luggage,every thing else was fine, i know he has busy schedule to keep but it will put many ppl off booking with you again. thankfully no bottles where broken or other gifts damage.

can not rearly comment on security but i would have to say that it must be okay as my car was returned to me in the condition i left it, there seemed to be plenty of people about even when i left it at the unearthly time of 04-30am and also on my return,the luggage was handled on my behalf,trnsferes both ways was 100%.

booked this facility by mistake, I thought I had booked Bellair parking, and the Callerton parking is definitely not organised to the same standard and the ground parking is basically well not even a field.

Cheap, but next time I will be using another facility. The safety and parking areas are sub-standard but the worst complaint is the condition of the transfer bus. My wife had all white clothing which wasn't white after being in the bus! The condition of the bus was terrible. Half the bus is held together with tape and it's scruffy, it doesn't look road worthy. Use again, No Thanks!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
