We have used this car park for many years, 3 times a year, with no problems. THIS TIME THE WINDSCREEN HAS BEEN CRACKED WHILE IN THEIR CARE. We have filled in a incident report and was told we would have to wait up to 14 days for a reply. In the meanwhile we have to replace the windscreen, pay the bill and hope that they are going to accept the responsibility which is definitely theirs

Excellent service only problem was waiting to be picked up from the airport we missed one bus because it was labelled park n fly and not bellair or callerton, only needed a card in window for information apart from that great service.

Great service as usual but on returning the bus driver had a massive attitude problem and left us standing for 15 mins while he decided to pull over and have what we presume to be a cigarette break When we said we seen him come of the roundabout and he left us waiting he got a right strop on and his attitude was terrible

The only comment is that it is not obvious when returning where the front of the queue is. You have two shelters and people who arrive last wait in the second shelter and then move forward as soon as the bus arrives. Maybe some instructions as to where the queue stars would be helpful.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. However if you wish to forward details to customerservices@bookfhr.com we will
can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
