Having used Callerton for many years and been quite happy I have to admit the new setup is much more professional and businesslike. I always use FHR to book my car park for airport. The car park at Callerton/Bellair is easily found. Leave my car and keys - quick 2min transfer. Dropped off outside airport and return pick is easy too, no phone calls, just go to the stop where I was dropped off and cctv will see and send a pick up - perfect

Always use this car park, however this time we had to wait quite a while on outward journey for minibus to come to take us to airport. Then on return waited a while at the bus stop as 2 buses came and filled up so we had to wait for one to come back. Also no-one at the the office when we got back so had to wait till he came to get our keys.

There were a lot of people waiting for the mini buses, approx only 6 people could get on with cases It wouldn't have been pleasant to wait if it had been raining or colder weather. Now that Callerton is part of the group it's wasn't a direct drop off and it took longer as people got off at the wrong car park. 2 ladies had difficulty in getting on the bus as there wasn't a secondary step to assist entry. We've always booked Callerton in the past but now will look at alternatives

Ideally located near Newcastle Airport and the drop-off/pick-up service is very good, as they now have a dedicated shelter at the airport with CCTV, which shows them when their clients are ready for pick-up.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
