Booking in drop off and pickup times were just fine. The extra step to get into the van was not activated and I really struggled to get in at the airport. The Driver was driving far too fast from the airport to Callerton, I am sure he thought he was Stirling Moss, it was a little unnerving.My husband had to ask for the step to be activated on getting out of the van.

Just found out Callerton ,Bellair and park and ride now taken over by the airport. On arriving had to wait 10- 15 mins for the transfer . It was then explained that the bus had to drop passengers off at the above places as well. When arriving back due to the bus only being. 8 seater everybody could not get on).we had to wait for it to drop the passengers off then return for us. (10 mins) I know this time of year business might not be booming and that's the reason for the one bus however summertime will be busy and should have bigger buses or a bus at each parking site.. Will no doubt use it again. Staff friendly enough.

My car broke down the night before i traveled and i tried all your contact numbers on your website to inform you of a change in car registration. All these contact numbers were diverted to the call centre which is closed after 18:00. The information on your web site says this is a 24/7 operation.

I,ve used Callerton Parking for quite a few years now ,most resent back in May of this year & was surprised to find out when i booked in last week that it had been taken over by Newcastle Airport Parking , but was relieved to find that nothing had changed much apart from price,& that we had to load & unload our own cases , nice guys & good clean minibuses, Will continue to use them in the future as long as they keep up the good service that the previous owners had.

Efficient service but they could do with a warm waiting area for the winter rather than standing outside, although staff did invite us in to share their less than soul riots surroundings. Maybe another bus would limit or reduce the queus. Under previous owners when we returned in snowy or icy weather the engine was running and car de-frosted, a nice touch.

Have always used callerton first class service however on this occasion not impressed , understand now under airport control. Had to wait in freezing cold to get transport back to our vehicle, queue quite long transport vehicle only taking 8 people at a time took us on return of third time vehicle, not good needs proceedure looking at, dont think we will use you again

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
