Excellent service - took my booking details and car key and we were straight on to a bus to airport - on return we just went to their bus shelter right outside the airport where they have CCTV so they seen us and picked us up within minutes. I would definitely recommend as we use them regularly, and they have always took really good care of my car.

Whenever I fly from Newcastle in always use Callerton Park because it was so easy, professional and cheap. But I have just found out they have been bought out by the airport, so all the prices will be the same from now on. Another family run business taken over by the money grabbing conglomerate.

Booked callerton but it was closing for an unspecified time. Had email and telephone messages regarding this. All was fine when i dropped my car off. However on return, i was not told my car was moved back to callerton from belair. The shuttle bus driver was helpful in finding my car and keys but felt i should have had email or message telling me my car had been moved. Was not very happy as flight was late in and i just wanted to get home asap.

We parked at the Callerton Parking site at Newcastle airport. The drop off at the airport was good and only took about 10 minutes from the time we dropped the car off until we arrived at the airport. We were informed that we didn't need to ring for the return pick up as they would see when we landed via cameras at the airport. When we arrived back at Newcastle we went to the pick up point, the bus arrived a few minutes later but not everyone could get on as it was too small, another bus came about 5 minutes after that, but again was too small. We waited at least another 10 minutes and eventually got on the next bus, but there were still people left waiting. All together we had to wait at least 20 minutes to get picked up which was not up to our expectations.

We always leave our car at Callerton parking whenever flying from Newcastle we have always been very happy when booking in the car, and especially when you land now you don't have to ring up they just see you at the pick up point right outside the terminal on cctv and the driver is with you within minutes which is what you need after a long journey we will continue as always to use Callerton parking.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
