i have used Callerton Park at least twice a year for many years.I discoverd it has now changed owners. When I dropped my car off I found the staff polite and efficient and I was informed of their new pick up procedure. they now have a pick up shelter at the airport ,when I return I no longer have to telephone them I just wait at the shelter ( it has a camera fitted ) and they will pick me up. On returning I waited at the shelter, after a while more people joined me we waited approx 15mins and were wondering if they were aware we were waiting to be picked up. Then another group of people joined us When the mini bus finally arrived being first I stepped forward to put my case in the back, the driver stopped me and asked for the Park and Fly passengers first. The last group to arrive at the shelter got on the bus and filled it, I told the driver that I was first and had been waiting a long time but he said that it wasn't his fault. Considering Callerton Park is only a few minuets drive he didn't return for another 15mins and no apology. My total waiting time was approx 45 mins the worst service I've ever received from them. I'm sorry to say I will not be using them again, they used to be so reliable.

Good service when we were arrived friendly staff quick efficient. Unfortunately not so good at the end of the holiday as we waited quite a while on the mini bus. There was only one going back and forth. The driver didn't say wether we'd wait long for another or gave any info. When we got to car park the cabin was locked no one there and again no info from the driver that dropped us off.someone came after 5 mins from the opposite car park then struggles to get the cabin door open. My car was fine though.

Efficient and friendly staff and booking easy on line. Only problem was on return the mini bus had several parking options, eg Bellair, and I nearly did not get on bus as Callerton was not obvious to me.

Callerton Nice and easy Everything works very well - Although when I got there I was a little worried that no-one was around but that was only for a few minutes. It's a little confusing what buses pick you up they all seem to be marked the same. The pick up driver said that it was a Park and Fly bus but that he would take me to Callerton-I thought all the buses did all 3 automatically -Guess I was wrong about that.

Great service, car was well looked after. I would defiantly recommend to others. However, on return we had to wait in a que for the minibus. The mini bus only took 8 people at a time. Luckily we were the second bus, or we would have been freezing.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
