The car park was quite a distance from the terminal if traveling from Prestwick in the future I would use the car park in the front of the airport.

Wouldn't like to try and access car park on a cold,wintry day....it seems miles away when your toting your luggage...waited in a queue at information desk,as required on your txt.only to be told 15 mins later to just go to car park????

Directions for Long Stay Car Park 3
Follow the signs for Glasgow Prestwick Airport. On arrival at the airport it may be more convenient to drop passengers and luggage off at the terminal as you are allocated 5 minutes free. Then follow signs across to the other side of the roundabout which will take you to Prestwick Airport Car Park 3On arrival
Please have your booking confirmation on hand on arrival at the car park. Press the intercom on the left side of the screen, (quote the five letter booking reference number underneath your car details) a member of staff will process your booking then give you access to the car park.
DO NOT PRESS FOR TICKET- DO NOT INSERT YOUR PAYMENT CARD.
Please use train station walkover to access the terminal building.
On return, Due to recent changes at the airport, customers will now need to have their car park ticket validated at the Information Centre located near to check-in before returning to their vehicle.
This carpark is unable to accept disabled passengers.
