Easy to understand directions to the long stay car park. Some kind of footpath would be an advantage as against a lift and an escalator to reach the terminal building. Long stay car park is also a well maintained area.

Great service but a little expensive. The path to the terminal building is very poorly indicated and difficult to locate, car park was full of people trying to find the correct route. Would be a good idea to have it well sign posted and avoid this situation.

Clearer and specific instructions on procedure on arrival would be a benefit. I arrived and obtained a ticket then parked. On return I inserted ticket into machine to be told I required to pay a further £85.00. However I obtained assistance vis the intercom button and explained my problem. The operator on duty at approx 2.15pm Friday 29th May 2015 was excellent and resolved the issue very quickly. Despite above I will have no reservations or concerns using your company again when travelling.

Decent location, quite expensive, biggest let down was the fact that on arriving we found that you are given a parking card as with a normal pay as you go car park which you then have to take to a counter within the airport to get stamped so you can exit the car park again. When i book a car park a month in advance, i don't feel i should be running around trying to find the help desk and get cards stamped as i have paid for the service of the car park thus this should be done for me

I have used this car parking facility on many occasions and would recommend it but unfortunately on this occasion I used my private hire car to leave at car park and on my return I found that someone had removed my wheel trims which can be costly to replace.

Very easy to use and accessible. Would like to be able though to have a pre paid ticket to make it a quicker process to collect my car instead of having to queue to get the ticket validated. This would make the service I believe more attractive.

First time we have used this car parking option. Quick entry to carpark & 2 minutes over the walkway we were in the airport with same arrangements on return journey. Would recommend!

The parking was simple and easy to use. This said, on arrival, the mid/long term car park had a sign up saying we were "Upgraded" to the short term car park nearer the terminal. We spoke to the car park controller at that barrier on arrival who did not take our booking reference but asked us to take a ticket to enter and speak to the controller at the barrier when we left at the end of the stay. We did that,and he checked my name before letting us out. There was absolutely no problems (and we did get nearer the terminal to park ) but the specific entry and leaving system was not as described in your confirmation.

Definately recommend it. when we arrived at car park we were upgraded to the opposite carpark nearer terminal this was ideal as it was raining. It was so easy on return just to go straight o pick up car then head off home no hanging around .Thankyou.

Excellent service,when i arrived i was surprised to be told i had been upgraded which was a pleasant outcome and on returning had no problem getting my ticket authorised,would definitely recommend them and will certainly be using you again.thanks

Great service no hassle parking pricier than other parking ie edinburgh but the discount applied at time of booking did help a little
