Carpark exit procedure is a joke nowhere visible to punch in code no.everybody seemed to have similar problems and had to call for help.not good enough.

Easy booking process; easy check in process; very close to terminal so all in all a breeze. Only negative would be the price for one week's parking was quite expensive.

Convenient for walking to the airport terminal. Easy to book online and checked in without a problem. On the way out, operator seemed to have difficulty recognising my code but after a short delay let me through.

Prestwick is fine, BUT the long stay car park requires a loooong walk (up 2 flights of stairs) dragging cases. The car park is unmanned so unless you KNOW (and you do not tell people/nor is it on any of your written documents) to go to the help desk in the terminal and get your ticket validated. Its a Loooong walk back again to do so.

Only one star due to the inconvenience of having to read out my reservation code in a rain storm & I forgot to turn off my interior light and came home to a car with no power. You should have a card sent or vehicle registration recognition to gain entry without having to read out information?

Easy to book online, clear instructions, process of pressing the intercom and giving a reference number works well. Good value. Would use this system again. Suggestions: 1. Give each row of parking a letter or identifier to allow you to remember where you had parked 2. Extend the covered walkway to the airport further into the car park

Allthough near the airport it is still a distance to walk with luggage especially when it is windy and raining. What happened to the car park to the right of the airport which is a lot nearer. Apart from that the security looked fine. Cheers George

Very simple and clear process. Received email instructions with a code to log car in and out of car park. We booked near the airport so the walk to the terminal was minimal.

I parked in the long stay and travelled with young children. Were it not for the fact I was travelling with another adult I would not have been able to access the terminal with my luggage as there are no trolleys in the car park. The terminal is accessed from the long stay via the train station and a walkway over a dual carriageway and trolleys cannot be taken beyond the station end of the walkway. Even at that we couldn't carry the luggage between us. I had to drop the adult with the kids and luggage at the terminal and then park the car. If you have more luggage than you can carry use the short stay.

Good easily parked. Longish walk to airport,luckily the lift in the station was working otherwise I would have struggled with my case.

Easy to follow directions and within walking distance to terminal which had lifts and escalators for luggage. Had to look hard to find a space though which is why I have allocated 4 stars rather than 5 but would happily book again. Thanks

I was a bit confused about how to get my ticket validated on my return. Also parking area was named differently although as there is only one it is not hard to figure out.

Very efficient and Car Park clearly signed with marked hard standing. Absalutely no problem and the tip to drop of passengers and luggage using the free 5 min Short Stay car park was very helpful. As the Long Stay at the Airport is used by Watsons during the winter months and an offsite car park used during the summer (due to higher volumes) - it may then be a bit less appealing.
