Does exactly what it says on the tin. Prompt pick up and drop of at the airport. Only gripe is that as it's so muddy in the car park perhaps they could put paper mats in the car when the drivers are moving the cars around as I had mud all over my mats and on the inside foot well. Will use them again.

My only gripe was not knowing I would have to leave my keys with them. Otherwise, everything worked out perfectly - easy to find, quick transfer to terminal and quick on return trip too

Brilliant car park, conveniently located very close to the terminal, efficient and helpful. Second time we have used them and it won't be the last. They were one of the cheapest as well. The only drawbacks are (1) that the surface is rough and can be muddy and puddly after rain (2) the instructions tell you to park next to the reception cabin but there wasn't anywhere to do that. on this occasion. However, we weren't far away. On our outward journey there was a shuttle waiting for us as soon as we dropped off our key and it left immediately. We just missed one pick up on our return and waited 7 minutes for the next which wasn't too bad at all.

Open at 3am for drop off. Paperwork done in time taken to empty luggage and straight to minibus to go to terminal just 2 mins away. On return minibus came within 5-10 mins and my car key was already ready despite arriving 4hrs (booked extra time just in case of flight issues) early. Only issue I would like is for the car park to be tarmacked instead of gravel as difficult for wheelie cases and shoes on surface and maybe airport trolley for cases to take from car to minibus.

No problems with this car park, everything went to plan without any fuss. Friendly and efficient staff both before and after the holiday. I will be very happy to use this company again when travelling from Stansted. I would however advise other users to follow the advice given and not to call for your transport from the airport until you have reached the agreed pick up point in Zone 'C'. The group before me did not which caused them to miss the minibus and thus create problems for the driver and other passengers.

Although I've said I would book this car park again my last visit with them was not good on the collection. Maybe it was just a bad day but I don't call waiting 35mins good. Especially as i tried to wave the driver down before he pulled away. I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he just didn't see me. Still as soon as he got back to the yard he should have been made aware that I was waiting and returned straight away. However, I had to call again only to be old that he'd been back and forth. Which wasn't true, as I hadn't left the spot for pick up the whole 35 minutes.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
