It's hard to find it as gps will tell you to stop on M11 'you have arrived' ?!?! Directions should be clearer, or at least written that car park is opposite of Mc Donalds etc. Mini bus driver who took us back to the car park after we landed should be rally driver. We were scared and felt unsafe with him. Cheap car park though

Easy check in and collect procedure.Good instructions given. Could do with a toilet for those who've travelled a long way. Car had been stored elsewhere whilst we were away- no problem with that as explained in advance. However.....clearly somewhere muddy as outside and floor mats were very muddy when car collected. Could have put paper down as they do in garages. Otherwise convenient speedy service and competitive price. Would definitely use again.

Good value, but it is a gravel patch of land with porta loos and a porta cabin as an office. The ground surface is really really poor and the cars are crammed in bumper to bumper, I would worry about my car getting pranged if I left it for a long time as the team would move the car into the grid lock parking system which looked complex. It would be nice to know my car hadn't been moved around such a confined space if I were to leave it. But the shuttle bus surface was quick and efficient :)

Easy to use service. Very close to the stansted airport. Used the park and ride option. The only thing is they do not have a Restroom on site, so just bare that in mind while driving up to the location. Use services on the way or wait until you reach the airport. Would certainly use it again. Friendly staff. 20/9/17

Very pleased with service offered. Good price (17% previous customer discount) and amiable, well-organised staff. Transfer time and frequency as advertised. We had day-time flights and found the car park without any problem. The directions are clear but be aware it is a very sharp turn just opposite the McDonalds. It might well be easy to miss at night or if you didn't have anyone navigating for you. Have a look at it on Streetview in advance if you're going to be doing it when it's dark. Pick-up on our return was also straightforward..."just by the flags" where we dropped you was the instruction. Would be happy to use again.

I have booked several times and this is the first time I've had to wait 15 mins to be taken to airport we found this frustrating as staff were coming in all the time and a little chilly waiting outside I hope this was a one off glitch

It worked really well, parking easy to find next to the holiday inn. The van takes you to the airport that is 3 minutes away. When we passed passport control, we called and 1 minute later they arrived, staff nice. I would repeat if I go to Stansted.

Everything was smooth and efficient bearing in mind we were arriving at 3am in the morning to depart on our holidays. Again on our return we followed the clear instructions and we were not kept waiting long to be collected the car was ready to go and on our way. The location of the car lot was also excellent as we travelled on the M11and this was near and handy. All in all a very happy customer. Mrs Karen Warren.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
