Arrival and journey to the airport fine with friendly staff. Return trip not very good. The airport was busy even though it was 1am but the pick up took a long time and then we sat and waited for 10 mins for another 2 drivers to arrive so they could be dropped off on the way back. Only one came and then we set off. Surely the service should be for the paying customers (of which there were 6 of us) not for transporting staff. Also given the delays (our flight was 45 mins late) and how busy the airport was everyone just wanted to be on their way

Simple and Easy to use , only couple of minutes transfer to airport. Mini buses clean and drivers efficient. Very good prices and very secure.The only small gripe is that on our return at midnight , My husband had to enter our car through the passenger door as they had parked the next car tight to the drivers side. On telling the receptionist at the site, she just laughed and said Ooops!!

Excellent service after booking mini bus there and waiting to take us to the airport. On return made phone call to say we had landed and required a collection, the lady on the phone was very helpful and told me it with be with us shortly. Within minutes it arrived the driver was very cheerful on a rainy very early morning. My car was ready for collection, the only thing was it had rained so much the carpark was very flooded so get wet feet getting into it . Would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Both outbound/inbound drivers very professional and helpful. Great location, easy to find. Everything worked as designed. Ideas of possible future improvement (not really needed, just suggestions) Built in wifi in the vehicles, offer of free cold bottles of water, instructions on procedure to exit the car park. Customer touchpad rating stand next to your office for customers to vote and/or give feedback on your service. Music playing in waiting area or possible latest flight details or news channel.

We waited 30 minutes for the pick up and were told the driver had come but forgot to pick us up so was sent out again. We had a tired 2 year old and I was unwell. The whole point of the service is to not wait. We won't book with this company again.

Arrived at 02.15 and the check in process was quick and easy . The transfer to the terminal was short with no hold ups . On return I called the number we were given and the transport was there even before we got outside . Very good value for money and well run

All you want in a parking service really...simple and efficient drop off and collection services, took us to the airport as soon as we arrived, collected us as soon as we landed, no waiting either side ! Good value, not expensive.follow their location instructions though rather than relying on sat nav as we did and missed it first time round.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
