Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.What is the pick-up procedure?

Excellent service and so convenient to Stanstead airport. When arriving back at Stanstead a phone call and within 5 minutes the minibus was ready to take us back to our vehicle. Thank you for making carparking so easy.

The service was good although we did have to wait 20 min for the bus on the way back and there was no shelter. My main concern was that the seat belts seem to be non existent for the passengers. Neither the driver or his colleague were wearing their seat belts. I thought it was the law and therefore compulsory.

The service was good. Quick and easy to find and park, reasonably priced. The only negative is that we had to wait over 20 minutes after calling to be picked but they did say they were very busy. I'd still use them again

We can throughly recommend this service. We usually book a ' Park, stay and fly' with Premier Inn. Finding 'I love Park and Ride' was so straightforward as they had texted the details clearly to us. The staff were friendly & helpful...even at 4am!! Dropped the car off and then at superquick journey to the airpor (better than any shuttle bus around the long stay park). Same with return journey...a phone call once through customs, picked up within minutes then a couple of minutes back to your car....... and at a great price too. Thank you guys.... you will definately see us again.

The car park was a little difficult to find as the postcode takes you to the back of it and not the front which is somewhat misleading... The service received from the car park re drop off / pick up was very efficient. However, on my return journey, on trying to get the seat belt the driver shut the side door, complete with my finger, then opened and closed it again allowing me to retrieve my finger, though I was still unable to secure my seat belt, and he proceeded with the return journey without checking that everyone was belted up. I did not make him aware that my finger had been jammed in the door as I was in a lot of pain and trying extremely hard to compose myself in front of strangers., nor was I belted up! That aside, I would consider using your services again, as once found it is easy to remember.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
