What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors

What security measures does the car park have?

We have 24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

Couldn't ask for better service, loading and unloading luggage, for myself and elderly parents, I couldn't see my car on return, it was raining, the lady brought it to the reception area for me.

Close to the airport meaning a very short drive. Used this company previously and would recommend them. Only the return this time was with a driver that seemed disinterested and slightly offhand. A small amout of politeness goes a long way!

The Car Park is easy to find and we were met at the entrance and told where to park for checking the car in. This was a speedy procedure. As we left the check-in cabin, there was a transit van waiting for us to take us to the terminal. What excellent service and all done by cheerful staff. So we were at the terminal nice and early, however the flight was then delayed by 3 hours! You can't win them all. On our return, we phoned the company and their van collected us from the terminal within about 3/4 minutes. Brilliant. Will use I love Park and Ride again, even though it is a bit of a silly title!!

Excellent service, would have been 5 stars, but for the sign in the mini bus that stated due to company policy drivers would not help customers with their luggage on/off the vehicle. Fine for us, but I wonder how older people would be able to lift heavy suitcases in to the mini bus.

Very difficult to find in the early morning (using headlights still when we arrived at Stansted), signposting is poor and sat nav incorrect using the code I was given. Otherwise - service was quick, efficient and polite in the office and the transfer vehicle.

Fantastic. Great staff - all friendly and very efficient. They even photograph all the cars coming in to ensure they record the state if cars at drop off. Pickup was super quick - they arrived to pick up within minutes of me calling them.

Second time using this efficient, reliable and friendly service. Directions to the car park were clear and easy to follow. It's just a few minutes drive from the airport terminal. Pick up on arrival back at Stansted was on demand and very swift. Highly recommended.

Easy to find. The staff were professional and very polite and the service was quick and efficient. The mini bus to take us to and from the airport was clean and the driver's were very friendly. The car was situated in a very good spot on our return, so no difficulty leaving the parking compound. Thank you for a lovely service

This car park is easy to find and is very near to the airport (minutes away).They are quick to arrive when you return and collect you in the same spot as they drop off - right outside the terminal. I would definitely use them again.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.

Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .


Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
